To formally establish your LLC, STC files a Certificate of Formation with the Texas Secretary of State’s office electronically (5-8 business day turnaround).
As a courtesy, STC will apply for your Employer Identification Number (EIN) by submitting Form SS-4 to the IRS. You’ll receive a secure form from us to provide the required details. Turnaround is typically 1–2 business days. Note: We do not file S-Corp or C-Corp elections.
