Andrea Collier-Williams, B.A, M.A.
​
Andrea Collier is an experienced Private Security Consultant and HR Professional. Andrea is also the owner of a security guard and protection company as well as a Firearm and Security School.
As a Security Consultant, she helps private security companies meet and maintain state licensing requirements, develop business contracts, and ensure payroll and employee time-management systems are efficient. She is also a licensed Private Investigator and Personal Protection Officer.

With over 20 years of managerial and customer service experience in the restaurant industry, Andrea has become an expert on employee management and cultivating client and customer relationships. She enjoys helping small businesses recruit, hire, and retain quality team members.
Andrea holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.A in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources. Andrea currently provides security, human resource, and administrative consulting services for small businesses owners.

Diane Collier, B.A., M.Ed, MPA
Diane is an experienced and driven professional with a strong passion for corporate compliance, entrepreneurial development, community empowerment, and adult training programs.
​
As a corporate filing specialist with Strategic Training & Consulting, she combines her enthusiasm for entrepreneurship with extensive industry knowledge to support small business owners and nonprofit leaders. Diane assists with entity formation, corporate compliance, annual report filings, tax clearance requests, reinstatements, and dissolutions.
​
She brings six years of experience as a business owner of an educational company specializing in adult language learning and curriculum development. In addition, she has four years of private security consulting experience, where she developed e-learning programs for armed and unarmed security officers and ensured that security companies and licensed training schools met Texas Department of Public Safety requirements by preparing them for state audits.

She earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts with minors in Business Administration and Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin and holds both a Master’s in Public Administration and a Master of Education.
Debra Collier-Harris, B.A., M.Ed, Ed.S.
Debra is a business and nonprofit compliance specialist with a diverse background in education and training, entrepreneurship, and program management.

As a consultant with Strategic Training & Consulting, Debra helps clients achieve their goals of launching a business or nonprofit by guiding them through the formation process and ensuring ongoing compliance throughout the entity’s life cycle.
​
With experience as an ESL Instructor, Academic Advisor, and STEAM Coordinator, Debra has long championed education. She has worked extensively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations, including immigrants, refugees, and under-served communities, and her teaching spans the primary, secondary, and university levels.

Debra’s commitment to women’s empowerment led her to co-found a nonprofit dedicated to supporting girls and women through entrepreneurship education and ending period poverty in Texas.
​
She holds a B.A. in European Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master’s Degree in Education, an Education Specialist Degree in E-Learning, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in E-Learning.
Andrea Contreras, B.A.
Andrea Contreras is the company's admin queen! Andrea is trilingual-fluent in English, Spanish and Microsoft Excel! She brings with her from Venezuela- a love for arepas, expertise in administration, and a kind soul. Andrea has a Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and a Certification in Payroll-Accounting from HCC. Andrea is a native of Venezuela, but has called the U.S. home for the last 7 years. She obtained a wealth of experience as a Branch Manager of an insurance company in Venezuela and Panama. She is also the owner of BlueBonnets Bijouxs, a jewelry and accessories shop.
